1/2 lb stuffed burger
Ingredients
Ground serloin
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
thinly sliced pepperoni
onions
Green and Red Peppers
Fresh mushrooms
Any desired bread roll (if desired, or served on a plate by itself)
Instructions
first saute onions, green and red peppers and fresh mushrooms in olive oil (hold aside to stuff bugers)
take 1/2 lb of Ground Serloin and mold into a burger
using a sharp knife (sprayed with Olive Oil), cut burger in half
on bottom of burger start to layer the following ingredients:
shredded sharp ceddar cheese
sliced pepperoni
suated onions, green and red peppers and mushrooms
shredded mozzarella cheese
put top of burger on and pinch sides
Place burgers on cookie sheet for broiling in oven (turning after about 5 minutes)
Burgers can also be put directly onto your grill
