3 Lb ground beef
1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sweet red pepperika
2 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tbsp red hot chili flakes
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
6 hamburger buns
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup ketchup
1 cup sliced, pickled dill cucumbers
1 cup french fried onions – 8 oz.
6 medium leafs, iceburg lettuce
6 slices American cheese.



1. turn on the grill on a medium high heat and cover, so the grill will be nice and hot. 2. in a large bowl combine : ground beef, salt, pepperika, cumin, chili flakes, garlic, parsley, worcestershire sauce and water and mix with hands until well combine cover and set in a cool place for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, make 6 hamburger patties, about 1 inch thick and let sit another 5 – 10 minutes. 3. wile patties are resting preper the buns. first spread mayo and ketchup on both sides (on the inside)then on one side place 4 – 5 pickles and on the other side place the french fried onions, place the lettuce on the onions and the bun is ready. 4. about 45 minutes after the grill was turned on grees the grill with the canola oiland place the hamburger patties on and close the gril, DO NOT tuch the hamburger patties until its time to turn them.5-6 min' on one side then turn to the other side and cook another 5-6 min'. 30 seconds befot you take the burger off the grill, place the cheese on top let it melt, take it off the grill, place the burger on the lettuce and enjoy the best burger you'll ever have.
