Ingredients:

Three Dragon Asian Burger:
3 lbs 85/15 ground beef
1 cup finely minced shallot
½ cup spicy oyster flavored sauce
2 tablespoons Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 Kaiser rolls

Spicy Mayo:
1 Cup Best Foods Mayo
¼ Cup Heinz Ketchup
3 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Cool Napa Slaw:
2 cups of shredded green cabbage
2 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 large carrot shredded
1 cup bite size diced red bell peppers
½ cup minced green onions
½ cup toasted sesame seeds

Slaw Dressing:
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons dark toasted sesame oil
4 tablespoons Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
3 tablespoons finely minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon finely minced shallots
1 teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

Gently fold all ingredients into burger and let chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. After one hour, hand form six 8-ounce burger patties. And again place them in refrigerator to chill until it is time to cook. Cook patties over medium high heat for approximately 8 minutes per side turning just once until cooked to an internal temperature of 155 to 160 degrees F. Split Kaiser rolls with a knife and toast them over the grill during the last 10 minutes of cooking time for the burgers.

For Spicy Mayo, mix all ingredients together. Just prior to plating the burger pattie, spread a thin layer of the mayo on the bottom portion of the toasted Kaiser roll.

For Slaw, toss all ingredients together except for toasted sesame seeds and keep chilled until 10 minutes before serving time.

For slaw dressing, add all dressing ingredients to a small food processor and blend until well incorporated, approximately 45 seconds. Then add to slaw mixture along with toasted sesame seeds and toss together. Do not dress slaw until 10 minutes before serving time.

As burgers come off the grill, place them on the lower half of the Kaiser roll, then top the burger with a large dollop of the slaw. Place the top of the Kaiser roll over the slaw/burger combination and enjoy.
