Add a layer of wax paper to a cookie sheet. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs.
the first seven ingredients together (ground chicken, tamari, sesame, and hoisin sauces, garlic, ginger, and Chinese 5 spice powder). Blend well using hands. Add 1 Cup Panko bread crumbs and blend.
Form 6 burgers. They will be sticky, but will form first into balls and then flatten into burgers. Place each on the cookie sheet.
Heat the grill to low heat. Oil grate using paper towel, tongs, and vegetable oil. Increase the heat to medium.
Place each burger on the grill. Cook for 4 minutes, flip, and cook another 4 minutes. Check temperature. If internal temperature is less than 165ˇF, continue to cook 3-4 minutes until temperature if reached. Remove to clean cookie sheet, cover with tented tin foil.
Lightly grill buns placing tops and bottoms face down on rack. Toast about 1 1/2 minutes each
To each bun bottom, place one burger. Top with 3 tablespoons coleslaw and the bun top.
