Adults Only Burger

1 lb. ground beef (could use turkey, chicken, etc.)
1 pk. (9 oz.) Andouille Sausage
Salt & Pepper
1/4 c. Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
2 medium onions
2 tbls. Olive oil
1/2 c. Crumbled bleu cheese
2 tbls. Grey Poupon
1/4 c. Mayo
Hamburger Rolls



Dice up the uncooked andouille sauages into small pieces. Combine with ground meat, salt and pepper, and wine. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. In separate bowl combine the mustard and mayo. Refrigerate till burgers are done. Using the olive oil, carmelize onions. Grill the burgers to desired stage of cooking. Spread the mayo on the top half of the bun. Place burger on bottom half, top with carmelized onions and sprinkle with bleu cheese. Bleu cheese is optional.
