Aged Hereford Cheeseburger with Truffles

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


1lb of 95% Lean Aged Hereford Sirloin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp powdered onion
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbs black truffled olive oil
1 black truffle shaved to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Toppings might include sliced tomatoes, leaf lettuce, sliced vidalia onions and mild soft cheese of choice all on a French style roll and lightly toasted.



Blend first 7 ingredients to make 3 bunsize patties (1" thick). Grill on high heat for 3 minutes per side and longer for a medium to well done burger. Add cheese prior to removing from grill. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and pepper to taste and add toppings of choice for the perfect truffled burger.
