1 lb. Ground Round
Pinch of coarse Salt
T. Pepper
3 oz. Blue Cheese
2 small Mushrooms – sliced
T. E.V.O.O.
Tsp. Butter
Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Tsp. Sugar
Tsp. Hot Sauce
T. Worcestershire Sauce
Squirt of Ketchup



– In medium bowl mix vinegar, sugar, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup – Add ground round into medium bowl and add salt/pepper…. Let sit – In a small sauté pan add EVOO and butter until pan gets hot then add mushrooms. Cook until golden brown. Transfer to paper towel to drain. – Take your beef and start making a patty. While making a beef patty, add mushrooms and blue cheese by working into beef. Repeat with other patties. – Cook on charcoal (less flare ups) or gas grill
