8OZ.GRATED COLBY CHEESE
COLAVITA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Instructions

OIL THE GRILL RACKS WELL WITH THE VEG.OIL.THEN TURN GRILL ON TO LOW, AND PUT LID DOWN.
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL COMBINE 2 1/2 POUNDS OF GROUND ROUND,2ENVELOPES OF LIPTON ONION MUSHROOM MIX,2 TEASPOONS SALT,1 TEASPOON LAWREYS SALT,1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, 1 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS,MIX WELL.THEN ADD TO HAMBURGER MIX, 1 AVACOADO (THAT HAD BEEN CUT IN HALF WITH THE PIT REMOVED)SCOOP OUT THE INSIDES OF AVACOADO AND ADD TO HAMBURGER ,THEN MIX WELL SO AVACOADO HAS BEEN THOUROUGHLY MIXED IN.
NEXT ADD 1/4 CUP SUTTER MERLOT,1/2 CUP CHILI SAUCE.THEN MIX WELL AGAIN.GET A LARGE PLATTER AND PLACE ON TOP 6 HAMBURGER PATTIES THAT WAS DIVIDED EVENLY FROM HAMBURGER MIX.WHEN YOU PLACE HAMBURGER PATTIES ON GAS GRILL MAKE SURE THE TEMP. STAYS AROUND 450 DEGREES
(WHICH MEANS YOU MAY NEED TO KEEP IT ON MED. TO MED. HIGH HEAT)AFTER YOU PUT THE HAMBURGES ON THE GRILL PUT LID DOWN AND LET COOK FOR 6 MIN. AFTER 6 MIN. TURN HAMBURGERS OVER AND ON TOP OF EACH HAMBURGER PLACE ON TOP THE KETSUP(AROUND 4 TABLESPOONS ON TOP OF EACH HAMBURGER ) THEN PLACE ON TOP OF THE KETSUP YOUR GRATED CHEESE DIVIDE EVENLY.
PUT LID BACK DOWN AND COOK FOR 4 MIN.COOKING TIME FOR HAMBURGERS IS 12 MIN. TOTAL(6 MIN.
