All around tasty burger

5 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. creole seasonings
1 packet onion soup mix
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground turkey
3 whole jalapenos finely chopped
1 small can sliced mushrooms



Combine ground beef and ground turkey in a large bowl , mixing together . Add onion soup mix and onion flakes to meat mixture . Add pepper, salt,meat tenderizer, creole seasonings and chopped jalapenos After throughly making a large ball of ground beef, make a small hole in the top of the ground beef and put the egg in being careful to put ground beef over the hole closing it up to mix in to help keep all of the ingredients together and the meat moist. Make large meatball-size balls . Assemble about 12 on a large baking sheet that is sprayed with a cooking spray. Heat a large skillet and put 4 balls of ground beef to cook. Each takes about 5-7 minutes to cook on each side turning about 3 times to complete cooking time. Take from heat and put on large serving plate lined with paper towel to catch excess fat that may drain from meat. Toast 12 onion kaiser rolls on the inside in toaster oven for 3 minutes. Assemble 1 burger on each roll. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard or other condiments as taste requires.Mushrooms are added on at the end of the assembly of the burger to highlight the taste of the meat. Serve with potatoe chips and beverage of choice.
