All in One Burger

Pairs well with:

Moscato

Paired or alone, there's something magical about this creamy wine that nods to yummy peaches and sinful delights.

I do all the cooking in our house. So I am constantly running back and forth between the grill and the kitchen. I decided that the more toppings I would nomally put on the burgers when they were done, would be easier to do before they even went on the grill. And I was right! It has made things quicker and easier!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
6 buns
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped sweet onion
5 slices precooked bacon, crumbled
1 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices pepper jack cheese
18 sweet pickle slices
6 lettuce leaves
6 slices tomatos
2 tbls. French’s Honey Mustard
2 tbls. mayonaise
3 tbls. butter

Instructions:

Butter all 6 buns, set aside. Mix mustard and mayo, set aside. In a large bowl mix the ground beef, green pepper, onion, crumbled precooked bacon, garlic salt, and pepper. Form into 6 patties. Grill the burger patties on med. high heat until desired doneness. Turn the grill off and place cheese slices on top of patties and all 6 buns, butter side down on grill. Pull off grill after a few minutes. Spread mustard-mayo mixture on buns. Top with burger, then 3 sweet pickles, lettuce, and tomato.
