Aloha Hawaiian Burger

Paired or alone, there's something magical about this creamy wine that nods to yummy peaches and sinful delights.


1. 2 1/4 lbs Angus Beef
2. 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
3. 4 Cloves Garlic minced
4. Coarse Sea Salt to taste
5. Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
6. 1Tbsp Sesame Oil
7. Foil
8. 6 Hawaiian Potato Buns
9. 6 Slices Pineapple



·Preheat Grill to 250 degrees Fahrenheit ·In a medium size bowl add Angus Beef, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, & Sesame Oil. ·Mix all the ingredients by hand until well incorporated. ·Form 6 6oz patties and place on the grill. ·Cook on first side for about 5-8 minutes forming a nice crust. ·Flip Burgers and continue to cook for 5-8 minutes. ·Burger should be 150 –160 degrees for medium doneness. ·Remove burgers and cover with tented foil so the burgers can rest. ·Take the buns and place the inside of them on the grill to toast the bread for about 1 minute. ·Remove buns and place the pineapple slices on the grill. ·Grill each side for about 3-5 minutes. ·Place Bottom on Bun on the plate, followed by the Hamburger. Next is the slice of the Pineapple, and the Top of the Bun.
