Anti Pasta Burger
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 diced onion
3/4 cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes.
3 lbs of 90% lean burger
4 cubes of feta cheese
6 or more tablespoons of Greek Salad dressing.
Two fresh avocado.
Fry in pan with olive oil garlic, onions and sun dried tomatoes. Combine and mix with little pressure in large bowl the contents of frying pan and meat along with crushed feta and dressing. Make into patties using little pressure. Cook medium well. garnish on bun with lettuce and 3 very cold thinly sliced avacado pieces. Add sliced black olives if you desire.
