Aroma Burger

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

Burger Content
1 1/2 lbs. of ground sirloin
1 teaspoon Marmite
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped basil
1/4 teaspoon ground rosemary
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon coriander
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup Zinfandel
3/4 cup vegetable oil for grilling Outside Burger Content
6 Kaiser Buns
6 large tomato slices
6 slices mozzarella cheese
6 teaspoons light mayonnaise

6 teaspoons dill relish

 

Instructions

Heat gas grill to medium-high. Gentle rub Marmite throughout the ground sirloin in a large bowl. Then add all the other ingredients-garlic salt, onions, parsley, basil, rosemary, pepper, coriander, oats and Zinfandel on top of each other and gentle combine evenly, then form into 6 patties and then brush the grill with oil and grill each patty for 5-7 minutes turning once. Then toast the Kaiser buns and put mayonaise, relish and then the patty, mozarella cheese and tomato slice between the buns and enjoy!
