Artery Clogging Burger
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
2 tbs. Sutter Home cabernet
1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
1/2 tbs. salt
1/s tbs. pepper
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1/2 cup butter
Instructions
Pre oil and preheat your grill for high heat. Mix together the ground beef, rosemary, wine, salt, pepper and garlic. Divide the mixture into four parts and form into balls. Make an indention in the center of each one, and place a tablespoon of butter in the hole. Mold the meat around the butter, and flatten into a patty. Cook for about 8 minutes on each side, until well done to desired wellness.
