Asian Burger with Peanut Sauce

This wine is bursting with crisp, refreshing fruit flavors like apple, pear, and melon, making you want to swing your legs off a dock at sunset.


1 1/4 pounds ground beef
6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 hamburger buns 4 lettuce leaves



Preheat grill. Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl combine ground beef, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Kneed together and form into patties. Place patties on grill and cook until done. Remove from grill and place on buns and top with peanut sauce and lettuce.
