8 tablesppoons Hoisin Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce
2 tablespoons water
5 oz. package sliced Shitake mushrooms

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup grated onions
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons Sutter Home Chardonnay
3/4 cups soy sauce

Spray grill generously with PAM cooking Spray before you start your grills. Preheat gas grill on high for 5 minutes keeping cover closed, or for charcoal grill ~ prepare medium to hot coals & have cover for grill. To make sauce: Spray PAM generously in cast iron frying pan. Lightly saute mushrooms and snowpeas. Add Hoisin sauce, Tabasco Pepper Sauce, water and garlic powder. Stir gently, cover and set aside on edge of grill. To make patties: Mix ground chuck, carrots, onions, beaten egg, Sutter Home Chardonnay and soy sauce gently together. This mixture should be very moist. Divide mixture into six equal size patties. Place patties on PAM greased rack when grill is ready, cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning only once. The burgers will have a beautiful shining brown glisten to them. Remove from rack. Split potatoe rolls and open-side down to brown gently on grill. Serve Asian Burgers on potato rolls and top with Spicy Hoisin Sauced Shitake Mushrooms and Snowpeas.
