Asian Flared Burger With Peanut Sauce and Carmalized Onions

This wine is bursting with crisp, refreshing fruit flavors like apple, pear, and melon, making you want to swing your legs off a dock at sunset.


1.5 lbs ground beef
3/4 c cooked white rice
1 egg
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Asian Grill Seasoning
1 tsp chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 c white onion chopped
1 clove fresh garlic minced
1/2 onion sliced into rings
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp brown sugar
1 clove fresh garlic minced
6 potato rolls butter for rolls
3 c crunchy asian noodles
| 6 tbsp peanut sauce



In large bowl, mix with hands, ground beef, rice, egg, soy sauce, asian seasoning, basil, pepper, salt, onion and garlic. Mix well. Form beef mixture into 6 patties. Grill on low heat for 15-20 mins on each side. In the mean time, carmalize onion rings in melted butter and brown sugar. Set aside. Butter potato rolls and top rolls with minced garlic. Toast on grill until golden. Place cooked patties onto bottom portion of rolls. Top patties with a tbsp of peanut sauce, carmalized onions and crunchy asian noodles. Place top of roll onto patties.
