Asian Guacamole Burger

Burger Ground Chuck
Soy Sauce
Sour Dough Buns
Asian Guacamole:
 2 Avacados peeled
1/2c red onion diced
1/2 c tomate diced
3 T Sake
1/4 c sliced scallions green part only
2T fresh lime juice
2 T minced ginger
1 ear roasted corn
1 T chopped cilantro
1 T vegetable oil
2 t sanbal oelek
2 t salt
2 t fish oil



Prepare burgers and season with soy sauce. Combine all of the Guacamole ingredients except avocado, then add avacado and mix again until well blended but not smooth. Avocado should be chunky. Place pit in guacamole while burger are being grilled. Grill burgers to desired doneness. Lightly brush olive oil on interior slice of buns and place on grill for one minute to brown. Place burger on bun, add generous amount of guacamole and enjoy!!
