Instructions

First turn the grill on to medium heat. In a large plastic bowl mix with hands the ground beef, egg, salt, red wine, Chipotle' seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Lipton Onion soup mix packages, crushed crackers (pour out of the zip-lock baggie), bacon bits, and chopped onion. Note: do not over mix. Once mixed form 6 patties. Brush patties with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Brush the grill rack with the vegetable oil. Place the 6 patties on the grill and cook the burgers turning to avoid burning. When the burgers are just about done grab the buns and spread Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the inside of the buns and place face down on the top rack of the grill. Once the burgers are cooked then place the pepper jack cheese on each burger and shut the lid to the grill to melt the cheese. Note: this does not take long. Remove each of the bottom buns from the grill. When the cheese is melted on the burgers remove from grill and place on bottom bun. Place a full slice of bacon or two halfs on burger. Place 2 avocado slices on each burger Place the top of each bun on top. Serve and enjoy!! However, do not forget to go back and turn off the grill.
