Ingredients

1 1/2 of ground Lamb
salt /pepper
some fresh or dried oregono
Kraft , blue cheese in jar Roku (spreadable)

 

Instructions

Mix Lamb, salt and pepper and oregono
make 4 patties
take the roku and spoon some in the middle of 2 patties, then take the other patties and place it on top and pinch it together, grill away till done. (not chared)
Do not flatin out on grill just turn it a few times.
