2 pounds of ground round

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

2 fresh jalapenos finely diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

2 limes juiced
2 avacados sliced



in a medium bowl mix together beef, chipolte, garlic,salt,pepper,and mexican chili powder cover and set aside. prepare the filling : finely dice the tomato, onion, and jalapenos mix in cilantro and mexican oregano add the cheddar cheese and mix all ingredients together take the juice of 1 lime and add to the filling mixture set aside to prepare the bugers for grilling : shape the beef mixture into a flat football shape about 1 1/2 inches thick on a work surface, on one side add your filling and fold the burger mixture over and shape into a patty, place the burger onto a hot grill and grill on each side for 12 min remove the buger and place slices of avacado on top and some of the 2nd lime juice over the avacado serve on a grilled bun
