Baa-Baa Burger


  • Ground lamb
  • Steakhouse seasoning


  • 2 Pounds of ground lamb, formed into patties which will make six
  • burgers. Shape into patties, sprinkle one side with steakhouse seasonings.
  • Place a cast-iron pan either in your oven or in your grill and heat on high. For 10 minutes.
  • Place the burgers in the pan and reduce heat down to medium, cook to desired wellness.
  • Serve with a cool.cucumber salad
