- Ground lamb
- Steakhouse seasoning
- 2 Pounds of ground lamb, formed into patties which will make six
- burgers. Shape into patties, sprinkle one side with steakhouse seasonings.
- Place a cast-iron pan either in your oven or in your grill and heat on high. For 10 minutes.
- Place the burgers in the pan and reduce heat down to medium, cook to desired wellness.
- Serve with a cool.cucumber salad
