Ingredients
- angus beef
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 2 table spoons of garlic powder
- 1/2 yellow onions
- 1 table spoon of salt
- 1 table of pepper
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6 potato buns
- head of iceberg lettuce
- 2 big beef tomato
Instructions
- 1. Turn grill on medium.
- 2. Chop up butter
- 2. Dice up onions.
- 3. Chop up ground meat.
- 4. In a bowl mix together diced onions, garlic powder, angus beef, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, butter, ketchup and mustard.
- 5. Mold burger mix into 6 balls and squish them flat.
- 6. Place burgers on the grill
- 7. 7 minutes on each side with cover.
