80% Lean USDA Ground Beef
– 1 lb. Sutter Home Burgundy Wine
– 1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– 2 Tablespoons per lb. Bacon
– 3 slice per burger Vidalia Onion
Colavita Olive Oil
Mayonnaise –
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
– 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
– 1/2 Teaspoon (per taste) mustard –
1/2 Teaspoon (per taste) Pepper Jack/Jalepeno Cheddar
Kaiser Roll



Blend meat with wine and cajun seasoning, set aside. Cook bacon to crispy, set aside. Cut onion into rings, place in saute pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, cook until translucent, set aside. Heat grill. Mix dressing in separate bowl, mayonnaise, ketchup, chili powder and grey poupon. Set aside. Shape burgers and brush the grill with olive oil. Cook to desired, add 3 strips of bacon and sliced cheese, melt. On kaiser roll, add dressing and onions, place burger on top and enjoy!
