Bacon Burger Dogs

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


2 pounds of lean ground beef
6 quality hot dogs (none that "plump")
6 slices of bacon.
6 big dog buns if you think you can get you mouth around it.



Divide beef into 6 portions. Mold the beef around each of the hot dogs, totally enclosing it. Wrap each burger dog with a slice of bacon. Cook on a hot grill until bacon is crips and the burger is cooked through.
