Salt and Pepper to Taste
6 Sesame Seed Bagels, split and lightly toasted
8 oz. Scallion or Chive Cream Cheese
2 Tomatoes, sliced

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill burgers for approximately 6 minutes per side or to the desired doneness.

3. To assemble the burgers, spread equal amounts of cream cheese on the bagels, place burger patty on bottom half of bagel, top burger with tomato, onion, and smoked salmon. Place top half of bagels on top.
