baked tuna cheeseburger

Ingredients

breadcrumbs
egg
ground beef
tuna fish
3 cheeses
bun
lettece
tomatoe
onion if desired

 

Instructions

You start off with fresh ground beef; mix it with italian breadcrumbs and an egg for the binder.Grill or fry burger to preference (not all the way!)take off grill and place on baking dish take (canned crab) or 1 can of tuna drain and take a few tablespoons of tuna and place on top of burger that is in baking dish, place your choice of cheeses over the tuna burger, I use munster or provolone, with some mozzerella and chedder. Bake on 325 for 3 minutes until cheese is melted serve on open faced hamburger or kaiser roll.serve lettace and tomato on side with some chips yummy!
