Ingredients:

1 # ground sirloin
1 # ground chuck
1 tbl worchestershire sauce
1 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl montreal steak seasoning
1tbl chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbl hot sauce (Tabasco brand)
1 tbl coarse ground mustard
16 oz boursin cheese.
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup red wine
One large onion
4tbl butter
Aluminum foil
Pre packaged spring lettuce mix
8 Kaiser Buns

Instructions:

Pre heat grill to med-high heat.

In a large bowl mix together the first 11 ingredients. Mix with hands gently to combine. Form into 16 even patties. Place boursin cheese in a plastic baggie, cut the tip off. On one patty squeeze approx a table spoon amount on one patty. Top patty with another patty and seal the edges. (The 16 patties turn into 8 stuffed patties) set aside.

Slice the onion into thin strips. Place in aluminum foil with 4 table spoons of butter. Seal aluminum foil and place on grill. (Cook approx 30 min)

Then in a grill safe sauce pot put in the balsamic vinegar and red wine. Place on grill and reduce to about half. (About 15 min)

Then place patties on the grill and grill approx 6-8 min per side, only turning once. Remove and place split Kaiser buns on grill and grill until lightly toasted.

On toasted Kaiser roll place stuffed patty. Top with grilled onions. Top with spring green lettuce mix. Then top with balsamic drizzle. Place bun on top!
