ground sirloin hamburger
Balsamic vingar (1cup)
garlic (4 cloves)
fresh rosemary ((2 tsps)
4 kaiser rolls
bread and butter picles (rounds or slices)
4 slices swiss cheese
In a small saucepan combine 1 cup of balsamic vinegar, 4 gloves of garlic minced, finely chopped fresh rosemary, over a medium fire cook until mixture is reduced to a syrup. set aside.
Form ground beef into paties. place in skillet, broiler or bargeque. brush both sides with balsamic mixture on both sides. Cook to order. Then place one slice of swiss on each.
place on bun and ganish with lettuce tomato, pickles
