Balsamic burger

2 lbs. ground round of beef
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 T. dry mustard
1/2 brick cream cheese cubed
1/2 brick white vermont cheddar cheese cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup green sliced olives
1/4 cup black olives
4-6 crusty sandwich buns



Mix burger ingredients in a large bowl. Cover bowl with saran wrap and allow to set overnight. Shape into 1/2 inch thick patties. Grill on medium setting for 10-12 minutes or desired doneness. Combine dressing ingredients in a medium glass bowl. When burgers are removed from grill. Spoon dressing onto bottom and top of crusty buns. Place burger between and top with boston lettuce and vine ripe tomato slices.
