Barb’s Steak Bugers


beef- any amount or type,I used london
vadalia onion or sweet onion
steak sauce any type
pickles, dill or sweet
cheese- any type
fresh rolls to fit burger



Cut london broil up into chunks then put into food processor and process until the chunks are chopped up,not to fine. If using steak sauce add 1-2 tabs
and mix by hand or by machine. DON’T OVER CHOP.
Divide into burgers. Your size.
I use the size of ball in the hand,then flatten on hard surface.
Cook over hot coals, in pan or on electric grill till done as ou like.
Toast buns,make sure the burgers fit the buns or visa versa.
Just before placing burgers on buns put cheese slice on or smear blue cheese spread onto bun. Place pickle on other side with a very thin slice of onion and ketcup and djyon mustard.
My husband is a plain joe and likes the cheddar cheese slice and nothing else, but the steak sauce added to the burger.
I am the one that likes it with all the above.
