Ingredients

1/4# ground chicken
1/4# ground turckey
3 sliced muchrooms
2 anchovies mashed
dash of oregino
teaspoon of chopped blue cheese
one slice of brie cheese

Instructions

combine the chicken,turckey,mushrooms,anchovies,oregino and blue cheese into a patty about 1" thick. place al. pie pan on bottom grill and add about 1" of water to pan close grill lid and preheat grill with a low heat after about 15 min. place burger on the top grill rack over the pan keep grill lid closed while burger is cooking turn burger every 5 min and cook to preference place slice of brie cheese on burger and place burger on bun
