Batchelor’s Big Burger
1 pound of lean ground beef
few splashes of steak sauce for flavor
garlic/herb bread crumbs
Bun-we use a local baker they have the best rolls around.
Top it off with one single onion ring.
throw it all together in a bowl and mix. we don't use precise measuring-look for the meat to have some consistency so it shapes well but not too dry. Grill on a low temperature so that you slow cook the burger.
