Batgirl’s Best Turkey Burger

1 lb ground turkey meat
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tbs. yellow mustard
1 tbs. ketchup
1 tbs. Worcester sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup finely ground bread cubes
1 tsp. black pepper
Non stick cooking spray for sauteing and cooking



Spray a heavy large skillet with non stick spray. Lightly saute onions and green peppers in the skillet until onions are clear. Allow onion/pepper mix to come to room temperature. In a large glass bowl combine ground turkey with remaining ingredients and cooled onion/pepper mix. Stir well. Form meat mixture into patties for cooking. Let set for 5 minutes. Using the large heavy skillet re-spray with non-stick spray. On medium heat fry the turkey burgers on each side until done. While cooking, keep burgers covered to maintain moisture.
