Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef – medium fat
1/2 cup chopped jhalepena peppers
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 tbls ketchup
2 eggs beaten mix and form
8 patties
2 ways to cook
1 sear outside in hot skillet and then grill or pan fry
2 best – just grill serve on crusty hot hamburger buns with lettuce, cheese,
mustard,
sliced onion
