BBQ Marinated Burgers


1 jar Open Pit
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. garlic
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worchestershire sauce
Optional: add 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Note: Most of these ingredients can be added or reduced for taste.



Form hamburger in a patty. Mix all ingredients together. Place mix in a 13 x 9 pan and place patties in the pan, spoon some of the mix on the top of the meat. Best result is to leave the meat in the mix overnight (fridge) and turn it every few hours, if possible. Cook patties as desired.
