Place second patty on top of first patty and seal edges to form a complete hamburger patty. Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Place the patties on the rack and cover. Cook all burgers on grill until burgers reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Flip only once 8 minutes into cooking. After burgers have completed cooking. Heat 6 onion rolls for 2 minutes on the grill flat side down. To assemble burgers, spread each side of the roll with a generous amount of orange marmalade-mustard spread. Add spring green salad to bottom roll half. Place hamburger patty on top of the salad greens. Place top half of roll on burger patty. Serve. Makes 6 burgers.
