Beef Veggie Burger
Ingredients
2 lbs ground chuck beef (lean)
1 tb. salt
1 ts. Onion powder
1 ts. Salt
1 cup of roman tomatoes
1 cup of purple onions
1/2 cup zucchini
1/3 cup green pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 4 oz. can mushroom
2 tbs. Kraft barbecue sauce
Instructions
Take 2 lbs. of ground chuck beef and mix it with the salt ,onion powder, and salt. Grill (six patties) on medium heat until done. In frying pan on grill (all chopped on low heat for 15 min) all vegetable ingredients. After hamburgers are done top with veggie topping on a kaiser bun.
