Beefy Bison Burgers

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


1 lb Ground Bison
1 pkg onion
topped burger buns (from deli dept)
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 clove minced garlic
Havarti cheese slices
Mozzarella cheese slices



Combine soup mix and garlic with bison meat. Shape meat into patties. Fry in skillet over med-high heat. For Juicy Burgers: Do not press on the patties with spatula while cooking. Cook to desired doneness. Remove patties from skillet. Top with cheese slices (1 of ea.) allowing cheese to melt over top and down sides of burger. Yummmm! Top with tomatoes. Dress onion buns with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Enjoy!
