Beer Burgers+Vegges


Ground Sirlon-1 to 2 LBS.
Green bell Pepper-Small
Carrots baby- handfull



In a bowl put Ground sirlon
Minces,Onions,green bell pepper,and Carrots ( I have a Mincer). Add to Ground Sirlon,Mix(I use my hands)
Pour beer in enough to keep burger together and Mix some more.
Take a handfull and make a ball.
use a burger Press(I have a tupperware one I use)
Put on a platter and cover with Glad wrap and Refrigerate for an hour or more?
Grill or bake at 350′
