1 wide and fat portobello mushroom
3T balsamic vinegar
3T soy sauce
1T olive oil
dash coarse salt
1 whole grain bun
2 slices of avocado
1 slice of tomato optional
slice of mozzarella cheese



Marinate the mushroom in the oil, vinegar, and salt for at least 30 minutes. Grill the mushroom on both sides. Coat the bun with olive oil and grill the insides of the bun. Add cheese to the bun right after grilling, if desired. Smear the avocado on one side of the bun. Stack the mushroom and tomatoe in the bun. The end. Delicious! (You can also add grilled onions and pepper & salt to taste.)
