Bella Vino Burger
1/3 cup of Pinot Noir Sutter Home
3 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
6 oz's of hunts tomato paste
2 package of Onion Mushroom soup mix
1 teaspoon of pepper
4 teaspoons of garlic powder.
1 package of Shredded Pizza Cheese.
2 lbs of top sirloin ground by the butcher.
6 fresh hard crust hoggie rolls
1/4 cup of sutter home pinot noir
4 tablespoons of mayo
1 package of shredded pizza cheese
iceburg lettuce leafs,
sliced beaf steak tomato
sandwich sliced pickes
sweet maui onion

This is the burger mixture; start with the 2 lbs of meat mix in the mushroom onion soup package dry add the 2 teaspoons garlic, all the pepper, 2 tablespons of worcestershire, tomato paste and mix well , then just simply add one entire package of the shredded cheese. Shape to fit the roll I usually make them about 1/3 of a lb per burger this will give you six total create an oval shape place on the grill but make sure the grill is well spryed with pam for grilling only or the burger will stick. Cook 5-6 minutes on each side to desired doneness. Grill is on medium high. Cut rolls open and then mix the remaining ingredients into a bowl add the mayo next to last and then I package of the shredded cheese spread onto your rolls the inside of the rolls covered place on the grill with the mixture side down ;grill 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Assemble the burger with lettuce , tomato , onion and pickles on the crispy hot bun ,and take a bit!!!
