Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1.5 lbs hamburger meat (80/20)
1 good sized sweet Onion
2 tbl spoon Colavita Extra Virgin Oil Oil
1 tbl spoon salt
1 tbl spoon black pepper
1 tbl spoon garlic powder



1) Chop the Sweet Onion into fine pieces (yields usually 2 cups) 2) In a large bowl, mix the hamburger meat with all the ingredients. 3) Form into hamburger patties to the size you like. 4) Cook on the grill. Use mesquite wood or chips to get the wonderful smoke flavor. Hickory chips also give a very good flavor.
