Better tha Beef Burger

1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 3/4 lbs ground turkey
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 small yellow onion finely minced
6 oz. baby bella mushrooms finely minced
2 cloves garlic finely minced
Non stick cooking spray
9 slices american cheese
6 sesame burger rolls
12 sandwich stacker kosher dill pickles



Preheat Gas Grill by turning all burners to medium for a minimum of 10 minutes. Mix bread crumbs, salt and pepper in small bowl and set aside. Mix with a fork ground turkey, 1/4 cup ketchup, cheddar cheese, worcestershire sauce, minced onion, minced mushroom and minced garlic in a large bowl. After thoroughly hand mixed, add dry ingredients and mix well with a fork. Form into 4 approx. 3/4 inch burger patties. Spray grill thoroughly with cooking spray. Cook 6 minutes on medium on 1 side and flip. Cook 4 minutes on other side. Add 1 1/2 slices cheese to each burger and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from grill to large plate and let stand 2 minutes before serving. Toast buns on the grill during these 2 minutes. Put burgers on toasted bunes and add 2 slices pickle each and desired amount of ketchup. Enjoy!
