Better than beef
1lb of ground pork
1lb of ground veal
1 small package of fresh sage, ( I would say 1/4 cup) finely chopped
1 vidalia onion finely chopped
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 to 1/2 a cup sutter home Cabernet sauvignon or another sutter home red will do.
salt and pepper to taste.
Be sure the onion and sage is finely chopped,mix all ingredents together and form patties.When grilling the patties leave the fisrt side down a little longer than normal, due to the fact the patties will be a little loose due to the multiple ingerdents. flip patties and cook to own specifications.
