Instructions

*Combine ground chuck, red wine and seasoning salt. Mix well and set aside. *Prepare "Secret White Sauce": Combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and white wine Worcestershire sauce in small bowl; stir well with wire wisk. Cover and chill. *Start grill, high heat. *Cook bacon on grill on heavy duty foil, making an edge to reserve fat. Set bacon aside to cool. *Reduce heat on grill to medium-high. *Divide beef into 6 equal portions. Divide each of those 6 portions in half again to form 12 patties of equal size. *slice tomato and onion; chop lettuce; crumble bacon and slice blue cheese into 6 equal portions and set aside. *Slice each ciabatta in half and brush with bacon fat, set aside. *Stuff your burgers: on each of 6 patties place a slice of Maytag Blue cheese, 2Tbsp crumbled bacon and 2Tbsp "Secret White Sauce"; cover with another patty and pinch edges together, sealing tightly. *Brush grill grates with remaining bacon fat. Grill burgers on medium-high heat 3 minutes on each side, turning 2 times for a total of 12 minutes. On high grill rack, toast inside of ciabatta until golden. Remove burgers and bread from grill to assemble. *Assemble your burgers: place lettuce on bread first, follow with burger, then onion and top with tomato. Drizzle with 1 to 2 tablespoons "Secret white sauce", cover with top of ciabatta, serve and enjoy!
