12 ounces ground chuck or BLACK angus beef
3 ounces fresh ground BLACK peppercorns
8 ounces refried premium BLACK beans
Half stick of butter
One sliced white onion
One fresh California avocado
3 thick slices of Monterey JACK California cheese
One fresh baked roll / bun sliced



PREPARATION: Form large beef patty. Scatter fresh ground peppercorns to cover plate, then place patty so that ground peppercorns adhere to both sides. Place sliced onions with one-fourth stick of butter in foil and on grill being careful to keep slices intact while getting slight grilling effect. Heat refried premium black beans on side burner or on grill in small container and stir regularly. Butter sides of roll / bun and place on grill for toasting. ASSEMBLY: Start with cooked beef patty on grill Cover patty with heated premium black beans Place intact grilled onion slices on black bean layer Cover onions with thick slices of Monterey jack cheese Allow cheese begin melting on grill Remove assembled patty and array fresh California avocado slices on top of Monterey Jack cheese. Place with toasted bun for serving.
