Big Jims Morel & Blue Cheese Burger

2lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2cups fresh chopped morel mushrooms(if you don't have fresh a cup of dried will do)
2 tbls minced garlic
1teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2c chopped onion (Optional)
2 dashes of Worshtershire sauce
1 package crumbled Blue Cheese
1 package Potato Burger Buns



Mix everthing thing except Blue Cheese together in a large bowl. Form into 6-8 burger patties. Fry in large non-stick skillet until done to your own personal taste. Put on Potato buns and top with the Blue cheese and Broil just until cheese is melted.
