Bison Buffalo Burger

  • In a large mixing bowl combine in 1 Cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 Cup scallions, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 Cup Worcestershire and two tablespoon of salt/pepper. When mixed together, add in 4Pounds of ground bison and fold together until you have a cohesive blend. Roll burgers into 10oz balls and flatten to bun sized patties.
