Bistro Burgers with Blue Cheese

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced chives
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 tablespoons Napa Valley Style dijon mustard
Lettuce and tomato slices
4 crusty rolls, split in half
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1-1/3 cups French fried onions



1. In large bowl, gently mix meat, herbs and mustard. Shape into 4 patties. 2. Grill or broil patties 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on bottom half of rolls. Place burgers on top. Sprinkle with blue cheese and French Fried Onions. Cover with top half of rolls. Serve with additional mustard. Toast onions in microwave 1 minute for extra crispness.
